How can I check in?
A few days before arrival, you will receive an e-mail with a Quick-CheckIN Link. Please fill in the form under the link. This allows us to prepare all the necessary documents for you in advance (guestcards etc.).
How do I get a guestcard?
After filling in the Quick-CheckIn form you can pick up your guestcard at the reception on arrival day. The reception is generally staffed from 08:00 a.m.
Where can I buy ski passes?
Ski passes can be purchased at the cable car stations (Silvrettabahn or Fimbabahn). You will need the guestcard to get a discount for your VIP skipass.
Where can I park my car?
You can park your car either in our nearby parking garage or directly in front of the hotel. Please keep in mind, that the parking spaces are allocated based on availability and are free of cahrge. One parking space is provided per room free of charge. If you are arriving with multiple cars, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance.
Is breakfast available?
Breakfast is included in all rooms (single, double and triple room). For the apartment, breakfast can be added for an additional charge of 18€/person/breakfast. Please let us know at arrival if you want to use breakfast buffet.
Do I need to bring my own towels?
Freshy washed hand and shower towels are provided from our side in each accomodation unit.
Where can I store my ski equipment?
Hotel Garni Persutt has a skiroom with a skiboot heater. The ski room is under video surveillance and has its own (locked) entrance and exit to the outside.
